- Growing aquaculture with a production of about 500 tons;
- Current consumption: 4.58 Kg/inhabitant/year.
- Current fisheries production: 130,120 t (2009)
- Current aquaculture and continental production: 2154 T (2009)
- Import: 18 200.939 tons (2 038 218 000 DA or 31.383 million USD) (2009)
- Export: 3121.6 tons (975.68 million DA or 15.11 million USD ) (year 2009)
